Catch-Up

Okay so it's been almost six months since my last blog--I really stink at this. My New Years resolution is to update my blog at least every three months-that would be amazing for me! So, we haven't moved yet, obviously. We did go to Tennessee and we found a house and we even put a deposit down, and then when we got home we decided it would be more economical for us to wait until Chris graduates--on June 26th-Yeah!!! So we are here until summer-much to my mom's dismay and my sister and nieces delight! So here is a quick update on our family: nothing new for me-still working 4 days a week. I did finally get a calling in our ward-since we are not moving-I am the CTR 6 teacher and I love it-the kids are so cute-a little crazy, but I know that Cooper will one day be the child that drives his primary teacher to drink, so I can't complain. Chris is starting his last semester in school and could not be happier--and neither could I!! He had a two week break over Christmas which was nice, he took me to Seaworld for my birthday, it was awesome--this is for my sister and niece--WHOOHOO, we went to Seaworld!! yeah for us-we did not take any kids which was even better. Callie is in her second half of third grade which is crazy to me-I can't believe she is that old. She got baptized in September which was awesome. She had her very first orchestra concert before Christmas, which was also exciting for her. Connor is now walking, although he does not bend his knees, so he looks like Frankenstein, but we are so excited for him. He talks more than Cooper, and he is being evaluated for pre-school this week. I can't believe it, they grow up way too fast. Cooper continues to keep us all on our toes, whether he is coloring Connor's face with a sharpie, or decorating his bathroom with toothpaste, the only thing that saves him is how incredibly cute he is. I think he is going to have a harder time than I am when Connor starts preschool and he can't go with him. He really looks out for him already which is such a blessing. He always makes sure he has snacks and toys and has no problem giving him his, he is such a sweetheart, even if he can be a devil! He definitely inherited his sister's ability to throw the look, though. with one glare he can tell you to go to hell, and he's not even two yet! Thanks to Kami Stratton, in our ward, we finally got some new family pictures, and they turned out really cute, so enjoy, and I will try to update again sooner than six months!!! Love ya lots, Kaija
